Fun and quirky hotel at an amazing price! Amenities like indoor pool, gym, included continental breakfast and ample free parking, and close proximity to the old city is a real bonus, and makes it very worthwhile! Hotel was clean and well maintained. Greeted by a smiling, friendly, professional and knowledgeable male at the front desk for check-in. Same guy checked me out and was equally as polite and friendly. Girl on the night shift was also pleasant and helpful without hesitation. Had no issues during stay and was quite impressed overall for a budget style hotel. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in Quebec City!! Thanks for the nice stay!
My friend and I had a wonderful experience here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was good and didn’t look aged, the bathroom was clean. I really liked the toiletries. Also the breakfast was provided. A lot of parking spots. Price was reasonable. But the room next door was noisy and there was no elevator there.
Gah! This place is ADORABLE!!! The staff have been so friendly and kind. The room is on the smaller side, but it is very cute and INCREDIBLY CLEAN and the bed is SO COMFY!! The tub was weird though, not going to lie... probably the smallest tub I have ever seen in my whole life. Lol But small tub aside, I would definitely return and recommend this hotel over and over! Free parking, free coffee and hot chocolate, a pool and close to everything you could need. Oh and a fridge in the closet!! That was a nice surprise!

It is difficult to find reasonably priced hotels for a family of five but this exceeded our expectations. Our room was big and clean and quiet and the beds comfortable. The kids loved the pool. We also found the breakfast to be in line with what we’d expect from a continental hotel breakfast and our kids were appreciative of the treat of juice and chocolate muffins. The location and parking was also very convenient.
It is highly recommended by us that the staff are amazing. Rooms are clean, which is important to us. My only downside is, the breakfast doesn't offer me a lot of options. I have bread and egg allergies. But, the breakfast is quite extensive in what they offer to everyone. The old Quebec city is within walking distance and well worth the hike. We will definitely come back.
Stayed there for 2 nights. Was greeted by Sarah and was very welcoming!!! Helped us very nicely and quite accommodating. The room were good for the price and the location is very close to old Quebec. The breakfast was good and simple. Would recommend!
Clean rooms ! Rooms are cozy !! The bus that is included with the stay is helpful getting too old part of city is great !! Pool little on the cold side but nice as well

I checked into this place and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. This room came with a continental breakfast that was very well done. And there's three spots for charging vehicles at no extra cost. Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and shops.
